At Angelic Integrity, I help you learn to read your body’s natural signs of fertility, so you can identify your most fertile days, understand what’s normal (and what’s not), and move forward with confidence.
When I first learned to chart my cycles using the Creighton Model FertilityCare System, I was surprised to learn what I could see, just by charting. I started seeing patterns evolve, and at one point, I could see my normal pattern shift, and was able to get appropriate hormonal support sooner rather than later.
What began as a practical tool became something much more meaningful:
A deeper understanding of health, fertility, and God’s intentional design.
From Ministry to Mission
I began teaching this work as a ministry, walking with engaged couples through fertility education during marriage preparation.
I then started working with women and couples trying to achieve pregnancy… prior to this education, they did not have clear guidance. Many were relying on apps, guessing at timing, or feeling discouraged.
Over time, I saw a much bigger need:
Women wanting answers about their health
Couples seeking natural, informed family planning
Young women growing up without understanding their bodies
Again and again, I heard:
“Why didn’t I learn this sooner?”
That question stayed with me, and shaped what Angelic Integrity is today.
